Schools are invited to submit an action plan following attendance at one of our Showcase events.
After reviewing your action plan, we will be able to offer some schools further free support from the Hub, as well as access to funding.
Priority will be given to schools who can demonstrate a need for support and capacity to effect change. The need for support will be determined based on school context, including Pupil Premium figures, Ofsted rating and Phonics Screening Check results.
This support begins with a supportive full-day, school-based audit visit. This is conducted by a member of our New Vision Hub team, who will support you to write a detailed Development Plan. We will then provide you with funding and on-going remote support to implement the Development Plan.
Audit visits are also used to assess school eligibility for our Partner School Programme.
